Kodo Tag Chase Triggers??

I was wondering what the chase triggers consit of such as in kodo tag and all that..


I was thinking somthing like this

Events
Time - Every 23.00 seconds of game time
Conditions
Actions
Unit Group - Pick every unit in (Units in (Playable map area)) and do (Actions)
Loop - Actions
If (All Conditions are True) then do (Then Actions) else do (Else Actions)
If - Conditions
(Owner of (Picked unit)) Equal to Player 11 (Dark Green)
Then - Actions
Unit - Order (Picked unit) to Attack-Move To (Random point in (Playable map area))
Else - Actions
Do nothing

Unit Group - Pick every unit in (Units owned by (Player 11 (Dark Green))) and do (Actions)
