Possibly the dota version you are using has a virus on it that disconnects everyone, but it is very unlikely. Have you heard about the new Warcraft 3 Exploit where you can insert viruses into jass!!! And even some Dota versions have this virus!!!

Im pretty sure that your map is bugged, this has nothing to do with dota.

sorry i have been away for a couple of weeks and i just came home. Hm i dont know if it is leaks since it happens 2-5 seconds in game. I will do some more tests today and then post results here.
