Leveling up Spellbooks on Hero (Like in Defi4nc3)

i really am noob at seeing the small things lol

Edit: Just tried this, still doesnt work.

Let me re explain this more clearly.


I am making it so when you train your hero, you get a item, and when you get that item, you get the base Spell book ability, not in your heroes skill tab (having to level them up) but as if it were blink or some other UNIT ability.
Then when they level to 15, i upgrade to level 2 of the spell book, and 25 to level 3, and so on. but after he gets level 35 you can only see two of the skills and not all three, and so on.

Im not even sure if they are there cuz i cant see them. but it just doesnt work everything anyone has posted i have tried and nothing has worked. The Skills are in the right order so it shouldnt be the icon location, and ive tried Unit and hero skill, and neither have worked.
