Guys what should I use?T.T

Lol yesterday I got a bunch of virus on the pc now the only one bothering more its one that appears a system alert, which of course isnt from Pc its the spyware, or whatever dont know and it appears on the right panel of the screen on the small icons of Msn and others and its near them and are unable to right click to exit? I also tried to search my programs to see if i could erase anything to solve it. Any ideas and what should I do?
I have AVG 8 (Thx to Dark Saint he saved me with that a bit), Panda AV and Spybot 1.5.2

First off, if you are using 2 AV softwares at once, they can conflict with each other and not function properly. i would recommend the new kaspersky....not just to download but its actually worth the $$ to don't click me it.

I am at work right now, so I dont know the spyware software name on my computer. Will look later.

My internet got pwned by the damm fcking virus and im replying by school.
Somehow its a fake antyspyware called Spyguard 2008 or w/e its called..........
I cant even acess net on house ><

If you have AVG... let it do a full scan of your computer.
Back when I was like 9, and I tried to download some stupid cartoon
show off of Limewire, I ended up getting lots of viruses. Luckily,
my older brother came by the next day and just let AVG do a full scan.
It was like 2,180 or something viruses. AVG cleared out all but like 3 of them.
Then, he went to... (this is a legit site, my brother took their classes on line)

And looked how to remove the other 3. My computer was saved. = )
