No, it was a little application for a map he hacked that had an insanely complicated activator, not just text, but also selecting a unit, setting it to a group, a few different keys being pressed... And all within the space of several seconds. That was designed to do all that for you, so that you could activate the commands.

A fairly old version of it, yes. The newer versions just have text activators.
