I would request it, but as stated above, I have no clue if it's the right unit. In the game, it's name is Cow King, but when de-protected and looked at in WE, there is no unit called the Cow King. So, it would most likely be the unit called Test2, but then again, I could be wrong.

He is in the bottom right hand corner of the map, in a fenced area.

I made him spawn near a city but i can't make him respawn :(

So you can't do something like this in Jass...

Event
Periodic Event - Every 60 seconds

Conditions
Number of units in region less than 1

Actions
Create 1 Test2 for Neutral Hostile facing 270.00

And just have the region really small, so there is a very low change of anyone being there.
