means that if u type axelheat u get a hero or something...

Gamble 1/2 and Risk 1/2 are triggers if you have a specific name, which I cannot remember.

Also, the rest of the commands are known commands by everyone and are not cheats.

Axelheat, depending on the map, is a cheat, or telling you to stfu, or booting you from the game.
