How do i change the title?

How do i change the title when seen in the lobby?
EG in lobby : "xxx v6.7"
I have changed the name when you create a game as a host to "xxx v6.8" as seen when selecting the game, but on the right hand side there is another name which remains unchanged "xxx v6.7", above the icon, how do i change that?
