GUI stat based spells

My friend has been working on a map lately, and he's been wondering if there's anyway to do those stat based spells IE int x3 is damage for spell. Do any of you know a way to do that in GUI? also sorry if this has been asked before, search didnt' find anything.
A beginer hacker, didnt' take long thanks to aeros tutorial, and cheatpack.
Can now get models from maps o_o.

event: unit casts a spell
conditions: spell = the spell you want
action: set variable integertestaaaa = triggering units agility
action: deal 3x integertestaaaa to target of issued order

or... what?
