Well the problem is that I have deprotected a map, and I have all the names in the listfile and I got all. The problem is that when I open the deprotected map in the World Editor (or NewGen), I get the map and the triggers but there are missing the units, abilities, items...
But the point is that I have all the objects in text files (txt): all the custom heroes, items and abiities...
Can I import it to use them? Or do I need insert them hanly 1 by 1?

Use silk object console to recover the objects and make them visible in editor.

Re: Question about Deprotecting + Recovering
Place them in the map. I suppose that since you made it extract the objects it wont be hard to insert them. Anyhow, place the extracted files into the map.
PS: If you are using v3 of silk object and higher then just run the output map you got.

Re: Question about Deprotecting + Recovering
Well, when I tested this, I missed the part with the units since it crashes halfway when extracting. I don't know what caused it to crash....
