How to deprotect or hack this map

Summary: Team-RPG
A troop of adventurers find some old ruins deep inside the old forest. Their way back is blocked, so now they will have to fight for their lives!
Features Ranks, 6 different classes (3 Combatants and 3 Non-combatants), and hidden quests! Work together to survive the oncoming hordes.

I know this map already have been hack..
But it only enable single player..
so i decide to hack it my self...
but..
Something block me...

I cannot hack this map because there is no script a.k.a war3map.j

Well the map doesn't have an internal listfile. So go to the mpq master folder and go to listfiles. Now donwload this http://files.wc3edit.net/download/index ... stfile.rar
and place it in there. Once you open the map you will be prompted to select this listfile.

Open the map using MPQMaster and right click attributes and click delete.

Make sure the map is not open in wc3.

You should try bean's suggestion. MPQ Editor changes the attribute file automatically when it changes anything. Ie. you dont need to delete attributes.

under part B. The guide uses MPQ Editor and x-dep

Rebuilding the MPQ isnt needed.
MPQMaster wont edit the map (including deleting attributes) if the map is being used in another program like rmpqx or wc3.
Make sure no game or other program is using the map your editing.
