well i think remaking would be a better ideia, because while editing the map, there's the possibility that some triggers get messed up (my brother make some cool maps, but sometimes this things can happen). so to prevent bugs in the future, let's make a new map =D and there aren't many things in the map we can use as they are now, just some col things like the ninja unit should be used in the remake.

and again, i can make the terrain. i have a very good taste when it comes to making cool terrain / hunting spots. as i said, i don't know how to use triggers, regions and that kind of stuff. i can make the terrain and place the monsters i suggest to each spot.

Okay.
We're all gonna have to work on something else, or else we couldnt compile it all.
Everyone choose positions.
I.E

• Terrain maker.
  Trigger maker. (Might want more than 1 if we have enough people.)
  Unit Maker.
  Ability Maker.
  Item Maker.

Those would be the optimal positions if we had enough. But we might need to combine jobs.

Do you guys have an instant messager? Aim or Xfire or something?

nope but i can get one if its necessary
(tho....cant see how it would be o.o....
u give us files, we decided what each does, we give completed files to each other to check how they did, when done we compile then dance as we have a finished game)

well as i said i can make basic terrain and put the suggested place to spawn monsters. also i can give several ideias at all "creation" areas, like spells, items, heroes and so on. i'm good at that, cuz i used to create my own-custom-board-rpgs to play with my friends some years ago. i'm good at making hero balances too, to avoid things like "the best/worst hero".
