Need Help Cheating Maps :(

Ok, so here's the thing, my internet is capped because i have used all my download limit... and i have to wait 23 days before i can see any videos on youtube, google videos and any other video website! So this is why i am posting this, hopefully i will get a response quicker! So how do i add my own custom activator, commands and deprotect maps? This will also hopefully help the others who are wondering the same thing.
