VCK has a Delay Reducer...and I posted the update in the Tools section that works with 1.23...

What do you mean you can't use it?
If you're talking about TFTLocal, then

Start up WC3 -> Run the program inject3 (it has to be in the same folder as tftl111.dll)...that's it. You're done.
