my anti says theres a virus and wont let me open use to work just fine how do i fix this?

Maybe turn off your antivirus? Or just ignore it.

What kind of AV do you use? Some of them have a bypass program where you can tell it to not block certain things.

And the scan is a false positive because of the nature of the program. Since it has to inject something, AV thinks it's a virus.
