VCK v3.9.0 works great. ive never been banned. i use all the tools on it and its ck. its got everything. (note some features are banable! use at ur own risk)

-visual autorefresh (refreshs the game with what every text you want.)
-visual latency reducer(reduced latency on maps like dota)(and yes i HATE dota)
-visual auto mode(auto type the rules and game modes) (mainly for dota)
-visual speed start(set the countdown timer to what ever you like.i perfer insta[0])
-visual game filter(you can exclude games from the custom game list on bnet)
-visual healthbar shower(shows the health of every unit in game or just enemy or allie)(this is banable)
-visual custom kick(kicks the play of your choice) your gettin the boot noob!

some of these modes are banable like visual healthbar becuase they mod wc3. i use almost all these modes including filter(dont use healthbar, no point really>)

DR is proven to have lower lag at lower delay, I heard something about tcp packets.

TFTLocal can do all that vck can by simply typing it in with a /.

I myself wouldn't risk getting banned by vck, needless to say, I have nothing against it.

You're correct, you should use blink tags at your own risk. Some people hate them almost as much as marquee tags.
