Okay so, I've done it myself with a lil bit help of FatherSpace.
I used -add Rawcode and level 30 and tada, it gived me the ability I've wanted.
I saved up and joined a legit Game.
I've loaded the item code, but my Limit break gauge system was removed and the Ability wasn't there.
So just if some1 still Questions left open: NO! IT DOESN'T WORK.

I wasn't speaking about Critical strike.
Also, you saved the Ability in Singleplayer, but you didn't load it in the official, did you?
