Minimalist Warcraft III Tool Collection
The basic tools you need. JJ's and Fai's cheatpacks, MPQMaster, MPQ Recover, Ladik's MPQ Editor, RMPQEx, and JassCraft. All updated for 1.24b. This is if you don't want the full collection, you just want a basic collection of tools. Download link:

Windows 2000 or higher (some programs work under WINE on Linux. If you use OS X, there are tools for you under Tools/MPQ Tools/OS X/ and the cheatpacks should work fine anyway. Some of the programs will work under WINE on OS X, but when possible, native tools are recommended) Microsoft .NET 2.0 or higher for some tools 7-Zip (it's FOSS (Free and Open Source Software, don't you know anything?), don't worry) to extract the collection
