No... The newest version includes it. I'm just an idiot.

When you first open it, and it lets you choose what listfile to use, there's an option for read-only and for using Storm.dll. It's not in the options.

Yes, x-dep will work for it, I replied with my other computer (No Warcraft or TFT). I checked back my MPQ Editor When I got home, Yes it will open it but it will open it in Read Only mode, I guess newer versions or older uses Storm.dll automatically. I am not really sure about that, Just wondering. (I don't know how to use attachments of images :))

What do you mean? Ladiks MPQ Editor is common with MPQMaster but not exactly, if You can't see the .j file (war3map.j) if you see a folder (Scripts) check it or else its a listfile problem.
