Deprotect Battle Stadium DON?

For fulfilled maps that most likely don't work on the latest patch (1.24 or later).

Deprotect Battle Stadium DON?

I tried to deprotect it but nothing seems to work. I saw someone else deprotect it but he had said that you can't open it with wc3 editor. So what do you open it with? Heres the map: http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?z0zjz2q5kzv

The wc3 version I'm current using:1.21,1.24b,1.24e
Garena UID-->pkyer123(BANNED for some reason LOL)
-->pkyer(Active)
-->InfernoRock(Banned for inactive...WTF!?)
