[Question] How to transfere triggers from one map to another

hey guys im fairly new here but i have recently recieved a map from this one guy, and the map is already deprotected. But for some reason i still cant open it. The map was chinese and still is chinese, anyways to translate it because my friend opened it but his WE turned chinese. I just want a couple of triggers from it xD

Extract the war3map.j like you're cheating it, but copy the triggers you want and paste them into the other map, instead of adding cheats.

like just open it in jassshoppro or something? i dont deprotect map or add cheats so idk what you mean

Yes. You open the map with the triggers you want to copy in MPQMaster. Find and extract the war3map.j, and open it in JassShop Pro or JassCraft, and copy the triggers you want. Then, open the map you want to put the triggers into in MPQMaster, find and extract the war3map.j, open it in JassCraft (or JassShopPro, if you must, but JassCraft is really just an updated version of JSP), and paste the triggers in, below "endglobals". Make sure to also add any globals that the triggers use under "globals".
