Frozen Throne and Reign of Chaos playability

Hi,

This is probably a dumb question, but I can't find the answer. When I make a map using Frozen Throne world editor (toolset) it gets saved with a ".w3x" extension. Can someone play my map if they only have Reign of Chaos? For example, if I host a .w3x (Frozen Throne) game on battlenet, will a person who only has Reign of Chaos be able to join my game? If so, when the Reign of Chaos person joins my game do they download a .w3x map or a .w3m map?

I ask because I noticed that with Frozen Throne comes several new functions in the editor. For example some of the "Create Dialog" functions are not in the Reign of Chaos version of the editor, but they are in Frozen Throne. Nonetheless, I've seen maps with .w3m extensions using Frozen Throne editor functions and I thought that was weird.

The map I linked above is a .w3m map. Even though I still cannot open the file in the editor I was able to open the war3map.j file with the JASSCRAFT tool. I noticed that the .w3m map was using functions from Frozen Throne and I thought that was weird.

So...can a person with only Reign of Chaos play a game online with someone hosting a Frozen Throne created map?

I tried it a few times with the map called warlock(www.warlockbrawl.com)

I saved the map as a .w3m and tried to play it with roc but i couldn't

How did the makers of the map I linked to in the post above get Frozen Throne triggers to appear in the Reign of Chaos map? That's what I am wondering. Because they clearly did somehow.
