Camara Question.

I want to Lock the camera to a region, and have it Straight up and down. I also want it zoomed in so it would fit the maps size.

How can i make a Jass trigger that could do that. I'm not good with Jass so please make it Idiot Proof. (tell me how to fit it in my map lol)
I'm asking for jass because i couldn't figure it out in GUI
