Help Host Problem like no other

OK MY static ip is configured, my ports are forwarded, my firewalls are configured or turned off, AND i still cant host. Just a few days ago i was hoasting why cant i all of a sudden this is the 5th time i have run in with this problem

Check what your IP currently is. Not what it's set to, but what it is, just in case. Then, make sure that you're forwarding to the correct IP. Check any and all firewalls that you may have, including on the router, and make sure to have them allow traffic on those ports, and for Warcraft III as well.
Hm. If that doesn't fix it... I dunno. Hopefully it will. If it doesn't, I'll come up with something.
Oh yeah, and when you're testing: Host something that people are likely to join, to make sure that it's not just that nobody wants to play the map.

Well, it's possible that the IP just isn't available. Is there anything else on your network? You only get that IP address if it isn't already in use.
Also, unless you have multiple computers with WC3, delete the other forwards. I don't know if it will help, but it's worth a try!

what do u mean by anything else on my network, like xbox live or other computers? a phone line lol ???

Just for others to know, if they have this problem: If something else on the network already has the IP address you wanted, then you're not going to be able to get it.

You can host on local network lol......i have the same problem too on B.Net
