Well look around the forum for a couple of minutes and you will find out

The map needs to be cheated, and you need to activate the cheats. With that cheatpack, it's usually "-cheats<space><space>", without quotes, and replacing each <space> with one press of the spacebar. Then, you can type -agi XXX, and it will set the agility of the selected hero to XXX.
