Well guys I´m having some difficulties finding topics about "Hare Election Method" , and finding who made it!
If any of you can help I just need some information simple one.
First would be who made it.
How it works.
If it has any paradox.
If it uses Inferior Quote or Superior Quote: "For example "A" got 500 votes and "B"600" and there are going to be selected 10 people to be deputates(w/e they are called lol)
500+600=1100
1100/10= 110
A = 500/110 = 4,545
B = 600/110 = 5,454
Now the inferior quote:
A = 500votes / 4,545 / 4
B = 600 votes / 5,454 / 5

Superior Quote:
A = 500votes / 4,545 / 5
B = 600votes / 5,454 / 6

Any picture of the person who made it or a link to get it would be great because I just find lame topics on my internet about the method.....

And of course if possible if any could post the results of the latest Elections on Germany with the results.

What the heck Ozzapoo lol ofc i used google, but I wasnt sure who was the person that made it i just know the basics for starting a search I tried but I didnt had no luck -.-
