Firstly, if you're going to be posting around here... PLEASE improve your grammar, or I will eat your head off. It's not just a little annoying, but it can make it hard to understand what you're trying to say. Better grammar makes everything easier.
Anyhoo, about your question. If you want to make a loading screen... You can use any program that supports the targa (.tga) image format. I know that Photoshop CS3 works, but if you have another, go ahead and use it. It needs to be a certain size, I don't remember what, however. I think 256x256? And it needs to be named "war3mapPreview.tga".
