Need help with virus

I got this fuckn annoying virus that says spyware detected and tries to install some random program
it added a admin account and disabled almost everything useful (cmd,task manager ect.) and made me a limted accout
format or try to kil the virus?

I could send you a hack to make your account admin again..
Usually people use it to get on parents computers or at school
but it might work with this...?

Here's a file. Run it, and itmakes your account administrator. You don't even need to be admin to run it!
As for getting rid of the virus... Install/run an AV program. I suggest Spybot, but you can use whatever you have/want.
Afterward, I suggest getting a firewall, so things of this sort don't happen again.

i did a quick scan with bit defender (that i just installed,no updates) and it found like 80 000 infected files

Ok, do exactly a I say lol. All you need to do is

Download and install that program. It's called Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Update the definitions, and scan.

That will get rid of your problem I promise. It is free, but the registered version gets you real time protection.
