According to the Moderator Control Panel, the log says that Dekar banned Cagik.
So yes, he is banned. Also, making a new account without approval of an Admin
is restricted, so I will have to ban that account also. He knew he was banned by Dekar,
he shouldn't have made a new account. >.>

You know what's the problem?
You used a translating machine to translate your langauge to English before you post it here.
We often have to guess what are you trying to say.
That's why, when you said " Ozzapoo are greedy" we will have to assume that you mean he is selfish.
Yet, since you have said "I will decide what to do with it." and since you are craking it.
I will assume that it's a wrong-doing against Ozzapoo.
Ozzapoo made his programme he has the right to decide who will use his programme.
Cracking it was already a stupid thingie. If you didn't have the ACP and "less requests are being fullfilled" Why don't you just let it be?
Most of our members know how to cheat a map by thenmselves. We don't have more than one page of requests anyway.
