Option 1: You make every single building cost nothing, and the triggers charge money from their 'account' when they begin building the unit. And you make a '-store ####' trigger, which stores the specified amount of money.
Option 2: You make a '-store ####' trigger aswell as a '-retrieve ####' trigger to get the amount of money back, to build the buildings with. And make the buildings cost the amount of money that it should.

First of all, you can't play this map in single player( so we are unable to know what your talking about)
We can only do the triggers based on knowledge you give us, If you want a better answer, sometimes we need a better description.
Edit: Never Mind, I have a lan system hooked up and I can try to see what your talking about shortly.
