how to make a ps1 game playable in psp?

Do you guys play psp?
How to make a ps1 game playable in psp (version 3.90m33)?
I think there is a way it could be changed.
I was trying to convert the game parasite Eve II from ps1, yet I failed.
Any help?

Uhm yeah... will try the same for legend of mana.
Afaik you need popstation, convert it and simply run it.
(got 4.01m33 + 1.5 kernel add-on)

Hey, if you want cheap memory, get a micro sd to memory stick pro duo adapter!
Micro SDs cost about half as much as memory stick pro duos.
Mine slowed down the micro sd a bit (from 15mbyte/s | 8mbyte/s to 7mbyte/s | 7mbyte/s)
but it still is way faster than the umd (1,3-2mbyte/s depending on disc position.)

there is no 4.05m33... you probably mean 4.05 which is the official firmware - which means you can't play any backups anymore and can't revert back without a service mode tool.

I still try to use (1.5 kernel for 4.01m33),but just for fat psp only...
And i was use (4.01m33-2),when i play (ps1-front mission3),my robot run bout 7 min,my psp Lost Control,my psp can't move,can't get out the game...
what can i do?pls,tell me
