Yeah, the ms thing, you forgot some other things with it, + you had it initially off, so there was no way it would work... FYI just change it to Pick every unit owned by triggering player and do unit set move speed to substring entered chat string 4,20. with event of -ms as a substring.
Oh right I made that leaver trigger to help out noobs in certain maps... Ehm.. =/
All my old cheats are so... old I feel weird seeing them. and change name is so ugly... change that to event: -cn + substring 4,9999... lol

Instructions: this map is NOT protected, so just open it in WE.

It won't open in the normal WE fyi, use WEU.
