What is a Dekar?

A Dekar my friends is a name, a random person, the admin of this page...
but it might even be this:

1 dekar = 1000 m²
1 dekar = 10 ar
10 dekar = 1 hektar
1000 dekar = 1 kvadratkilometer

or this:

or maybe even it turkish:
