Note: When using the "-lvl #" command, make sure you don't just lvl up to 65 without lvling up to 4, 8, ect. first or else your Rank will NOT increase from "Private"
Note: I apologize for not adding something to max out your dog tag but adding triggers involving items seems to be buggy so until I get that worked out this will have to do
