how do you change the hero's max level?

hello, i am trying to make my own map and i was wondering how to change the heros max lvl (make it greater then just 10)?

Go to Window>Gameplay Constants. Then keep pressing 'h' until you see 'Hero Maximum Level' and then (make sure 'Use Custom Gameplay Constants' is ticked) press 'Edit Value' and edit it.
