Hello there guys, i need help about jass/gui triggers editing!

I'm adding cheats in *almost* any maps without any problems, but i need to know how to add a command/key sequence to "activate cheats" cause i'm not able to find out by myself .
(Like Xantan's in enfo's or other new releases)
