-reg command (JJ's Cheat Pack)

How on earth do you work this command? I can't figure it out. And numbers when I type -loc or whatever it is, go away too fast for me to type them...

Is this a practical command? Because in the -list7 or whatever list it is, it says explode kill..something something.... And it seems really neat, but I can't figure out the format on how to use it either..

I've updated it, so it's much easier... right now (assuming the map your using has my latest
cp) you just say -reg <kill/color> then click the minium location then click the maximum...
Note: the maximum has to be up and right of the minimum
