yeah, they promise not to give any information out!
and it's sweden, no american lawyer would even try to sue a swedish citizen!
so as long as it isn't terrorism you should be safe using relakks XD

edit:
doesn't work for me anymore, seems like their server refuses any more connection, maybe to many new users?
however, you might wanna use it for money later since it's really a good server.
and only 5$ per month are cheaper than a lawsuit
