Help with avatar?

Hello I made my avatar in paint, only to find out it is a bitmap image and bitmap isn't supported here. Would I have to copy and paste the image elsewhere? If so can i get a good link or program name? Also I will leave a link in case any of you want to be nice and do it yourself for me =D.

it has to be Maximum dimensions; width: 150 pixels, height: 150 pixels, not more.

If you make that 150x150 then the 'Leetbull' will be basically unreadable...

I go to image->attributes->pixels - height 150 width 150, and when i click view bitmap it has a 150x150pixel image in the middle and it is surrounded by blue so I will try to change the demnsions of the entire image including box to 150x150
