JJ's Globals Override

Hi! Just out of curiosity, how does JJ's (at least I think it's his) Globals Override protection work (in Vamp Fire .18), as mentioned briefly here?

i pmed dekar but i didnt receive a reply but jj's sig (the ad part) is the same so i figured as long as I didn't make it massive (like b4) it would be alright....

it's still advertising.. JJ asked Dekar or Aero or Vegas for his Forum...so pls remove it
