Need help about edit skill of Dota ^^

Skill of dota can edit in abilitydata.sik but that only can edit Cooldown , manacost .. . . .
But can't edit the % of some skill as : muticast (Og Magi) , Backtime (void) .... =>I think it can be in war3map.j . That why :

I need help : can someone can give me the trigger about muticast , backtime , bash ....to edit the % of skill .


another : I'm vietnames and >.< with the bad knowledge about E , that why in my post will hard to read >.< soorry ...
