How to change the names of DotA Heroes ? =O

-moved couse dota is protected and normal technics wont work...

By Change u mean go into the map open it and click rename a hero. If u want to do that u have no luck because i think dota still uses critical data thing. U could always edit the files with mpq master but im not 100% sure

I think if you would do that, maybe a lot of triggers have to be removed or changed...

But maybe I am also wrong about that It could be also that there is just one small text about the heroes with the names in there and you can easily change that

get the unprotected version and edit the heroes as you like to
