Your Hex Fixer doesn't fix all of the syntax errors on it (in notepad++, there's all kinds of different symbols like these

It's because PG protection encode the ids of items/units with a 3rd party C script.
I was trying to decode it long time ago, when i used to translate narnia.

Because it not Hex so ofcourse Hex Fixer can't Fix Hex
