DOTA2 Cheats/Forums/etc.

1.) If War3/Frozen Throne has cheatpacks and such,
Do you think DOTA2 will also have the capabilities to have it?
2.) Will it have a Forum like forum.wc3edit.net? , maybe it will be like this

3.) Maybe Maphacks? Yes and No... even if it has some, it will be a private and a subscription or something.
And it will be patched if detected.

If DotA 2 ever gets custom map capability, maybe. I thought I remembered hearing about Valve working on that years ago, but nothing since. Did it ever happen?

Dota 2 has custom maps nowadays, even save/load maps. But is not the same nice thing as Warcraft.

There are some working private hacks out for DotA 2, but nothing on the side of map modding like this site does.
