-Armour aura item

I am trying to make a negative aura item, but when i try and put a -4.00 armour bonus in the

Data - armour bonus

slot it show up at 0.00

help anyone?

hmmm, seems you need to make use of an ability or trigger for the actual effect.

abilities, in the object editor, in the world editor.

just make a new one, and mess with that.


Triggers, in the trigger editor, in the world editor.

Just make some random if/then/else thing, and combine thought with your actions.

Wait, can't you make a devotion aura that affects enemies with a negative armor effect? (the paladin's devotion aura) I'm not too entirely sure this works, but I think that's how it's done. There's a stat thing that says, "Affects Enemies" or something like that, turn that on and turn affects allies off, and than make the armor bonus negative >.> If that doesn't work, you'll have to make a trigger, lol.

Does anyone know where i can get some good tutorials for object editor



I need to be able to stack movement speeds auras...anyone know how to do that?

I think there is an option on this on Advanced menu, Gameplay constants. Someone confirm please.

Either that, or it's an actual stat you have to change while editing it in the object menu >.>

This should work, this is exactly what I did with a deathknight aura, but negative.. same for archmage aura :)
