make a title at warcraft 3 map 685k new effect

anybody know how to make a title at that map..
example:
When u play dota after choose the hero at that map the word before ur id is title.
if ur id at dota is blue and u add the title (the great god) so when u play ur nick name will be like
the great god blue : test

i got that file but i want to know how to make it.
the file i got is titledota.rea

anybody know about this?
