How to download map in naver cafe?

Hi, i don't know Korean but i did like some maps there.
I've registered an account however i find no way to check there is an attachment in thread.

I've followed the steps in this topic.
Yet, i can't either comment to level up in any cafe above.

There's always showing up this(Check the attachment).

I want your help.
If you've any clue will be grateful.

I believe you need to apply for a club there in order too download/access their maps, huds, UI, custom cursor & etc
