but i can't open and paly it

some maps from cafe.naver needs a korean war3 patch.

The answer (in short) is no.
If the map doesn't play than that is the work of the map maker to fix his own map to make it PLAYABLE.

It can creat in korean war3,but english version war.exe can't.
