Do people still play TW RPG on regular battle.net, or do I need to install garena or something else to play with people?

I tried some of their bots yesterday, but I kept getting insta kicked from the lobbies; I don't have any bans and I have the 8mb bypass, so figured something was wrong with the map the person uploaded.

Is the bot named "Aedaria" with current mapname: "twrpgS4v0.03e.w3x"
I saw this one on partners tab of "makemehost.com/games-legacy.php"

Nah, I did it with the ENT bots, but I seemed to have figured out the problem. I think I messed up something when I was doing the 8mb patch because when I re-added the files to my directory, I was able to join the games. I'm not sure what was wrong since I could join some 8mb+ maps, but oh well.
