help with mpq master
Across hundreds of maps that I've added cp, get rawcodes for items, enable sp..etc... there's a few maps... which when I open with mpq master.. it crashes immediately... any idea what's wrong?I've thought about it being protected, but most guides did mention you can add a CP w/o deprotecting.. so that's not it I suppose?Any help ?:/ I've tried running mpq as admin as well, same results. Haven't found any topics talking about this yet, hopefully its not just me

If the mpq editor crashes, it means the map is protected with hex (moonlight, somj, kangtoojee...)
U have to unhex it, the latest version of mpq master, support this type of maps, but on read only. (u can't add files to map, only extract)

*Note about old version* This old version can open some hexed maps without the read only, so u can edit it normally, but sometimes it crashes on newer hex protections.
